What is your policy for returns?
All Severynfurs.com purchases may be returned for a full refund of the purchasing price less shipping. Garments to be returned must be back in the mail to us by 5 days after receipt. If returning, email to [email protected] for return authorization and instructions on how to return.
Original tags must be attached and items must be in unused condition to receive 100% refund.
Product refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
A restocking 25% fee will apply if the product is posted late, original tags are missing, or shows signs of wear.
Excessive returns/cancellations may be subject to restriction, refusal, or be assessed a restocking/cancellation fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
